Pre-Beta · Building with a restaurant design partner
One 8 Eats turns scattered restaurant information into an owner-approved record that can support operations today and new output channels over time.
Planned after V1: POS-oriented outputs and connections, digital menu boards, social content, and additional location- and channel-aware outputs.
A clearer operating model
Mia helps turn restaurant websites, menu images, owner requests, and other unstructured inputs into reviewable proposals. The owner decides what becomes part of the restaurant’s approved record.
AI interprets. Deterministic services protect restaurant truth. Approval stays with the owner.

Product leadership
Vincent Maiello leads the product direction, operating model, and architecture for One 8 Eats. The work combines practical business transformation with a disciplined approach to AI: useful where inputs are ambiguous, bounded where restaurant truth matters.
